Order Changes & Cancellations

• After Shipment:
  Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. A return may be possible depending on our return policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled any time before the item ships.

• Once shipped, pre-orders follow the same return rules as standard purchases.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production has begun.
