At Heavy Metal FX, we stand behind every pedal we build. Each unit is crafted to deliver high-voltage tone, rock-solid reliability, and true heavy-metal durability. To ensure your confidence, we provide the following warranty coverage:

Warranty Coverage

Heavy Metal FX warrants that your pedal will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace—at our discretion—any pedal that proves defective under normal use.

What’s Covered

• Defects in materials
• Defects in workmanship
• Internal electronic component failure under normal operating conditions

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or using the wrong power supply
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or circuit tampering
• Normal cosmetic wear (knobs, paint, finish, labels, etc.)
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or operation outside intended specifications

How to Get Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please provide:

1. Proof of purchase from Heavy Metal FX or an authorized dealer
2. A brief description of the issue
3. The pedal shipped to us for inspection (customer covers shipping to Heavy Metal FX; we cover return shipping)

Limitations

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
• Heavy Metal FX is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages
• No other warranties, express or implied, apply beyond the terms stated here
