The Really Good Onboard Preamp

The Really Good Onboard Preamp is the very first entry in our line of high-quality onboard bass preamps. The circuit in this model is based around (and differs very little from) the circuit in the popular Tone Capsule preamp and offers the same controls and frequency response.

The vision with this line of preamps is to offer the same high-quality components and performance you would expect from premium or “boutique” options at a very affordable price by offering them in a “bare bones” format. This allows you freedom of choice in sourcing or recycling the required hardware and still provides fantastic value if you chose to employ a professional to do the install or a substantial return on time investment if you perform your own installation.
