J201 to TO92 Adapter Board

These are genuine MMBFJ201 (SMD equivalent) parts from ON Semiconductor that have been pre-soldered onto an adapter so they can be used in through-hole layouts.

 This device is designed primarily for low level audio and general-purpose applications with high impedance signal sources. Sourced from process 52.

Includes 90 degree pins for mounting.

Note: Per the manufacture's datasheet, the source (S) and drain (D) pins are interchangeable and can be used in either direction.
